The policy prohibits any form of bribery — direct or indirect — whether cash or non-cash, and applies equally to dealings with public officials and private entities. It details obligations regarding gifts, facilitation payments, and interactions with government representatives. Whistle-blowers are protected from retaliation, and all employees, contractors, and consultants are required to report suspected corruption. Violations may result in disciplinary action, termination, or criminal prosecution. The company aligns its standards with international laws such as South Africa’s Prevention and Combating of Corrupt Activities Act and the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act
